the car was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. It was an older car and lacked basic amenities, like a USB charger and the defrost worked very poorly. It was very expensive to rent. I expect higher quality for the amount we paid to rent it. I have rented better cars from AAMCAR at the same price. If this keeps up, I will definitely go to another car rental agency.

This is the second time we rented from AAMCAR and would rent from the company again. We find AAMCAR to be much better than the big national car rental companies like Hertz and Avis in terms of value and customer service.
