Camry refused to add3ept DE on the return (worked fine on the way out). Loud rattle. Gas door seemed shut but had to be reopened and slammed shut. Service was great as always--I particularly apprecdiated the call that I had left my briefcase in the car. However, I did not appreciate the driver who parked in the garage entrance and left his car thereat 5 o'clock with two cars trying to get in while heavy rush hour traffic dodged the cars backing out of the adjacent gas station.

I have had consistently excellent service from Aamcar and have been using them for over 10 years. The staff, from the rental agents to the garage attendants, are always friendly and helpful, and I have observed them giving the same quality service to customers on the phone and walk-ins at the counter. I rarely rent from anyone else.

Overall good experience. I use this service regularly for making short trips, both for the value and because I believe in supporting local business. Two suggestions: 1/ If Aamcar started a loyalty program (ie rent 5 times and get a discount), then there would be an extra incentive that could attract more business. 2/ Allow the website to store details so repeat users don't have to enter the same information each time.
