Had a great experience with this agency. I will rent from them again. I do think that if 24 hour drop off is available, an extra day shouldn't be charged (Fri-Mon) when the original reservation was from Fri-Sun. I was aware of this before renting, so it wasn't a shock. I was positively impressed otherwise.
Service was quick and friendly. It took only a few minutes getting the car and returning it..
Still wish there was the ability to creat online user profiles that saved info and preferences for future rentals, so I didn't have to re-enter everything all the time. I love your company, and am a many time repeat renter!
This car was a bit beat up, and didn't have usb ports, which all your other cars had, as well as they were in better condition. I was spoiled! :)

Fun car to drive, the Versa. And a pretty color. Super clean inside the car, too.
Rate was significantly higher than the last time I rented from AAMCAR. Otherwise, everything was great. Perhaps a loyalty program guaranteeing discounted rates for repeat customers would be good.
