I love AAMCAR in general. However this was the first time that they had trouble getting a car ready for me in a timely manner. I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to clean and service a car before I could leave. Otherwise, every other time has been stellar. I don't know what the ultimate issue ended up being down in the garage.

I have been happily dealing with this family-owned company for a decade. The agents are always friendly and efficient. When they make phone calls, they are very clear and concise. For this particular trip, although I booked a compact, I had the great fortune of being upgraded by the manager to a Mustang that they had had on premise that weekend. I count myself lucky to be treated so well on an ongoing basis by this rental agency.

My experience with aamcar was great. The only complaint I have is the fact that the car wasn't washed ......other than that every thing was just as I expected it to be ....... Thank you I will be renting again
