Great local agency, same people working there for years, fair rates, easy pick up/drop off, and no hassles!!

When I dropped the car off the man just kept yelling at me. I couldn't understand a word he was saying. He was extremely rude and pushy. The service was horrible. They just drove away with the car and gave me nothing. I also just saw the charges on the car and it was quoted at 355.00 and I was charged 600.
