Only negative. I called to change the pick up time the day before. When we arrived at the new time, the agents didn't know of the change.

Unsure upon return where to park the car, or find the buzzer for attendant.

Aamcar personnel have always been very knowledgeable and forthright about explaining how insurance works and what the various levels cost, so I have never felt as if I was surprised by anything in the rental agreement. That's a major reason I have always liked this agency. I would say that when I reserved the vehicle online, there was no indication that I would not be able to use state parkways, which are off-limits to commercial vehicles.
