Great that there is 24 hour drop off.
Really easy, fast and hassle-free pick-up and drop-off
The only problem was that the air pressure light went on shortly after I left with the cargo van. I put air in all the tires but still stayed on all day. Just makes it a little unsettling as you have to drive around all day wondering about your tires.

Great staff, was charged the exact price I was quoted, and it was almost half of what a national brand was going to charge me. Would use them again the next time I'm in NYC and would definitely recommend them to friends needing to rent a car when they are here. Fantastic experience!!
