Overall a good experience but felt sorry for the lady in reception who had to deal with lots of calls during my pick up. Had to wait for 30 minutes because she took all calls before the me.

Service was a little slow because there apparently wasn't anyone in the garage; the guy at the front desk, who was great, had to do all the work.

Everything went smoothly with AAMCAR. The staff were very helpful and the car was reliable - I would recommend this rental place for a slightly cheaper renting experience in NYC!
A reduced price for returning early would be nice. But overall very good experience.
