"The staff at both locations was wonderful! Very nice and helpful! I would think areas to improve would be the shuttle to and from the airports- the staff there was less friendly and a touch abrasive. Otherwise, all was fine.
The forms to fill out for your own insurance are ridiculously intensive when compared to other rental agencies and for that and that alone, I will likely not book additional trips with Drivo in the future"

"The van was great took me a to b, very spacious for the group I had, definitely will book again…but minor issues that had me frustrated like the other speakers in the van wasn’t working, or a tv in the van which is something that I paid for. I feel like that’s something that should’ve been said so we could work something out. Other than that I highly recommend."

"I had a good experience. I would say they should have a number you can call to request someone to pick you up to take you to the airport. The driver came, but we still needed to get our luggage out of the vehicle and turn in the keys, etc. So, that driver left. Had to wait about 30 more minutes for another driver to come by. It was terribly hot outside, with nothing to drink. Would be nice to add a machine to purchase drinks/snacks. Also a number listed to request the bus to come."
