Everything was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, efficient service from the moment we called them to pick us up @ the airport (when we arrived) to the moment they dropped us back off @ the airport (to come home). There was a discrepancy from the price that was quoted to us online & the price they came up with when we arrived...they honored the (cheaper) price we were quoted online!!! I would recommend American Car Rental to anyone visiting the Orlando, Fl. area!!!!

To be honest I was a little worried from the comments online, however it was a very good experience. They were clear about the fact that they were not close to the airport and where to get the rental car shuttle in emails before the trip and soemoen called me. There were a lot of ppl using SunShine and the first shuttle was too crowded, the driver said he would be back and loaded us first. All staff was helpful and courteous. They told us about the pass for the tolls. My of my best rentals.
I'm in the military and travel a lot . I'm rent car every times but never have a full size car for a price that I got this. The Staff in Midway Airport was really courteous and friendly, if I travel again to Chicago or other airport that you have business I will use this agency and tell my friends and co-worker about it.

I had not heard of B&W before so I was a bit anxious. The pick up in a car at the airport was the best!!! Very nice people, clean and perfect car, efficient..on the return they took me back to the airport in good time to catch my flight. Love the "princess" pick-up and drop off. Will definitely use them again, probably at Christmas! Thanks
I flew into LAX from Australia for my son's wedding & needed everything to go smoothly. The staff at all levels were very helpful, from email communications with the rental office prior to my traveling, getting picked up at the airport, getting the car, and getting back to the airport after returning the car. The staff was great, the price was significantly better, and everything went perfect. Whenever I come to visit my son, I will be using B & W ... I highly recommend them to others.
I was a bit skeptical because the weekly rate for a compact seemed too good to be true. But all went great - prompt pickup for a 5 minute shuttle ride, courteous and friendly staff and a free upgrade to near brand new SUV! They accepted my collision insurance through CIBC Infinite VISA but I had to bring proof of my public liability insurance. I knew this in advance and they accepted a copy of my car insurance (ICBC from BC). I have no problem recommending this agency.
