I had to cancel my reservation due to sickness. I had a terrible experience with customer service. Even though I went into the location to cancel my reservation as I had ZERO help over the phone. I was told by multiple people that I would receive a refund if I were not to take out the car. I checked with the online customer service and they told me the opposite and that I would not be able to get my money back. WHICH IS IT? I am still waiting and very angry with how I was treated.
