My confirmed reservation was for a car at ANR airport in Tobago. When I called after landing I was told they had my reservation in Trinidad. They couldn't confirm that they had a car available for me and I had to call back again. I was told to call another number that I couldn't get to answer. I had to take a shuttle to my hotel. I called again on the next day and was told no cars were available and to call back on Monday. I asked to call me Monday morning to confirm the car but no one called me
The rental experience was fine, the staff were great, however the car was a bit disappointing the tires were smooth and the drive was mediocre.
First time renter. Very happy! been renting from a competitor for over ten years and decided to give you a try. Glad I did!

Dear car rental,
We ordered a child seat for our son who's 2 years old. You gave us a baby seat for a 1 year old. The staff had nothing to say about. He said you can take or not. Then he said take the seat we won't take it of your creditcard. He was sorry how things went. So he said. But after returning the car. The woman said we will take it of your creditcard. WTF. Its not about the money its more about saying one thing and then doing another. We will never rent from your company.
I also experienced a small damage claim and they were nice and helpful, at least so far, in helping me to resolve the matter
