Outstanding service
Great rental agency.Will always give them my business.
I had a short wait when I arrived to pick up the car as the attendant was busy with another customer. My invoice for the final rental was incorrect as it had the time for returning the vehicle incorrectly stated which resulted in me being charged for an extra day. I called the office and they have advised me that this will be corrected and I will be credited for the extra day.
The lady put a hold on my credit card for $500 when it was supposed to be $250 which over draft my account and gave me over draft fees. Then lied and said its normal to put a $500 hold when I e rented numerous times with a hold for $250, because of this I'm not sure if I would rent again with Ace.
I have been renting from this company for a little over two years now. Great all the way around. Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. This company goes the "Xtra" mile to accommodate the needs of the customer. I am very satisfied with the service.
I congratulate you and your team re the rental car, for the time I have been renting from your location I was always please with the services, it was excellent. The only problem I find the price was a bit expensive for Carnival season, this was my first time renting around that season. Otherwise I was satisfy and I will continue recommending my family and friends. Thank you.
Staffers were unaware of how to use the GPS.
