What a wonderful experience! I am always wary when renting a car off site from the airport but United did an amazing job! The guy who ran the shuttle was so kind and answered all my questions about the area. The car was clean and ran smoothly my entire trip. Can't say enough good things!
Great price and location.
The staff were excellent! There had been a mix up on the type of car I had requested. They had me down for a mini van. I was given another car which was fine. I understand mistakes happen and they corrected it fast and to the best of their ability. I already have a car rented for March.
They were great picked us up promptly made everything convenient for our group. We had to wait a little bit to go back to the airport but everything else was fantastic.

This is one of the best car rental agencies I've rented from including national brands. I've learned that renting from major national airport agencies, I have to additional airport fees that amount to almost 20% of the rental. Last time I rented from Ontario airport, but I had to take an uber to take me to the agency, but the agency dropped me off at airport. United gave me the lowest price, even much more than Costco Travel, AND picked me up, gave me a quick ride back. No hassles, no extras
The car we received had a malfunctioning heater which had to be known before we had picked it up
One of the best experiences I have had renting a car in California! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter and I both left our prescription sunglasses in car. We called promptly and they mailed them to us! In the past when I've left items in a vehicle at other companies, I've never seen them again!
The best part about United was the ability to simply leave the car at the airport or hotel instead of dropping it back off at the rental car company. This helped tremendously with our 6:00 am flight.
