The car was really banged up when I received it and I was very nervous that I would end up having to pay. Thankfully the agent marked the some of the scratches and dents on the sheet but there were so many he was unable to mark every single one. I had to take multiple pictures to ensure that I wouldnt be charged for the damages that were on the car prior to me even seeing the car.

I interacted with three different staff members, at two locations ( Ontario Airport and Orange County Airport) and everyone was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I think I got a great deal on the vehicle and it made my vacation just that much nicer. I would tell travelers that the "shuttle" option was that when I called, a staff member just picked me up from the airport in the car I was going to rent and we went down the road to the office. Very convenient and easy. Thank you!

When call the rental center, they sent staff driving the car you are gona rent to pick you up from the airport. Nice staff, quick service.
