This place needs to close permanently after the non experience I had. Due to flight delays, I arrived after 8pm. When I called, I was told someone would bring car to me in Riverside, twice. On 3rd day, TOM, said that they would only deliver of I was in Ontario, not Riverside which is approximately 30 away. It was the tone he used that caused me to believe it was my fault for flight day. Horrifying experience. TOM, TRY USING BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
Vehicle had 93,000 miles and seats were soiled but for the price it was satisfactory

Will not EVER rent here again. They did not honor my reserved pricing or unlimited mileage. Stated mileage would be 200 miles per day but upon return only allowed 150 miles per day. The original price reservation was $250 and the new final price was $412. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I rent from United and neither should you! Go somewhere else. They will rip you off
