The staff made is a great experience. The car was much smaller than I expected, but worked well for my needs during my stay in the area. Next time I travel that way for my company, I will be using them again.

We reserved an intermediate, upon arrival the intermediate we reserved was extended to another customer. They only option available was a compact - at 7pm in the evening with 2 small children we had no option but to take what was available. They should of asked for the car to be returned since it was reserved by another party or contacted us so we could decide beforehand to make other arrangements. The car was small an inconvenient.
