We got a van in the right car class, but it was the base model and had no rear air. We traveled 1k miles in 5 days with the van packed full of luggage and kids. It was summer with outside temps over 100 in some areas, and the van just couldn’t provide the air the kids needed. We also had some transmission issues. After initially stating it was normal operation, they agreed to bring us a new van. It’s a budget rental place…you get what you pay for. Good price, courteous people, not so great

I expected a newer vehicle, it had >57K miles. Key fob battery went out 1/2 way through trip, and I was locked out of car. Valet key did not fit driver door. I just kept pressing the button until it finally unlocked, but then could not lock the car for the remaining trip--VERY inconvenient. No safety check? Front turn signal did not work, wipers were old and license plate tag was dated 2015. While customer service was very good, the actual car left much to be desired.

My rental was GREAT, it took a little while to get picked up. The car that came to get me, WAS my Rental, and luggage wasn't moved again (REALLY LOVED THIS part). The car was nice and clean. I was able to enjoy my vacation. They were located near the airport (ONT), and renting was a breeze. I called a day early to let them know I timed my arrival wrong, and they said no problem. I'd RECOMMEND this Car Rental Company. I'm GLAD I took a chance on one other than the big 3 or 4. Tell Chris, thanks.
