Very convenient for us and all our luggage. We got picked up from the terminal in our rental car and headed to the rental office. Smooth transaction and it was even better upon our return. We loved the personal service we got from United Auto Rental.

Smooth and fast pickup and drop off of the car, very convenient to the airport with shuttle that runs on demand and arrives quickly. Staff are professional and friendly.
We were picked up at the airport in 7 minutes and the car we rented was waiting outside for us. When returning same applied another courteous employee promptly brought us back. I was unsure about renting from a company I had never heard of but the price was so much better. I would not hesitate on telling anyone to use this company if you are flying into Santa Ana airport.
After our rental through another agency fell through last minute, we were able to book here quickly (and at a lower rate than our prior agency). Everyone was so kind and helpful during this stressful process
