Staff was the best!
Staff didn’t help out in my actual rate. Was going to get limited mileage and charged for any additional when I actual rented out an unlimited mileage vehicle.. Even after showing the agent my policy. NOT SATISFIED with United car rental.. Would not recommend anybody. Very poor business overall.. Wish they would work better with people.

Answered all questions I asked. I would definitely use this company again. Car was clean and ran well. Owners daughter was wonderful!
Super easy experience!
All were good and easy. We were served quickly and with courtesy. We assumed what we looked at was what we were getting, instead we got something slightly different but still worked well. We would certainly rent again from the same company. Thank you.
Service, Pricing and staff were great. Only two issue were vehicle's cigarette lighters didn't work so my phone died while I was driving around all day. Also, remote worked sometimes so I had to use the key often. Overall, though I would rent from them again because of the service, pricing and staff.

Vehicles are in poor cosmetic and mechanical condition . Have excess milage and wear and tear . Vehicles are filthy and not adequately cleaned . Would never ever rent here again or recommend this place to anyone !
Such a great experience with United Auto Rental at the Orange County Airport. Friendly and prompt service. We were given a great car and a credit of a day's rental because we were going to be returning the car earlier than expected. I highly recommend renting from them. It was a seamless and great experience.
