Service, Pricing and staff were great. Only two issue were vehicle's cigarette lighters didn't work so my phone died while I was driving around all day. Also, remote worked sometimes so I had to use the key often. Overall, though I would rent from them again because of the service, pricing and staff.
It was a wonderful and easy rental as I just got off the plane. Price was high but the car was really nice! Thank you so much!
Vehicles are in poor cosmetic and mechanical condition . Have excess milage and wear and tear . Vehicles are filthy and not adequately cleaned . Would never ever rent here again or recommend this place to anyone !
Such a great experience with United Auto Rental at the Orange County Airport. Friendly and prompt service. We were given a great car and a credit of a day's rental because we were going to be returning the car earlier than expected. I highly recommend renting from them. It was a seamless and great experience.

1st auto had a lot of dents scratches & over spray, inside of car dirty. 2nd car again number of dents, scratches, broken speakers, broken insert for charger, broken visor (w/black tape to hold up), damage inside car that we photographed. Upon driving, the "engine light" came on the first day; the key fob was dead which caused a delivery 1 1/2 hr late to deliver a "BATTERY". We did not travel far for fear of being broken down on highway. Clerk was rude and made no notes of damage. Trip RUINED!!

My rental was full of ants, the attendant saw them and didn’t do anything about it. We were a big family with kids. So I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t care much about that. The vehicle was ok.
