Service was great! Wonderful staff and good location. Only problem: the car I got (Ford Fiesta), the key didn't work all the time, and the speakers were busted (terrible sound). But I will rent again, and next time I will check the speakers before driving away.

Great rental experience! The car had some superficial scratches but worked perfectly.
I would absolutely recommend United Auto! I got faster service being shuttled out of the terminal than getting a term right at the airport. We waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up and were off in our car within 10 minutes after getting to United Auto. Thanks!
excellent and courteous staff. too long a wait from airport for pickup. car was long past its "best-before" date - it should have been retired from a rental pool long ago. for the extra few dollars, a rental from one of the major brands at the airport is much better value.
The minivan I rented was great but it smelled a bit like wet dog.
The staff that picked me up/returned me to the airport were exceptional. The manager (Joe?) was a total fail. I told him I wanted to pay cash when I returned the car and asked about a military discount. He said he would give me a military discount plus an additional discount if paid cash. I rtn'd the car and he had already processed my c. card. I reminded him I was going to pay cash. His comment "to late I'm quick." I requested a refund to the card. He refused AND no discounts were
