I have been very happy with United. The staff I have interacted with has been very helpful, courteous and professional. The car we have is a little bit older than other rental cars that I have rented before as it has 66,000 miles on it. Because of that, I would be less likely to recommend the rental car agency to friends and family who are used to renting newer cars. With that being said, I would rent from United again. You were very convenient and economical.

the van wasn’t ready i picked the wrong time by an hour but they knew 9 months in advance i needed it
then the key broke and they didn’t have a spare so i had to wait 20 more minutes for a different van
so my family of nine sat outside the airport terminal
This was the smoothest car rental experience I’ve ever had! The shuttle pickup was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and easy to work with. There was no long line to wait in, they walked around the car with us to check it’s condition together, and it was waiting for us right outside the office (no long walk through a giant parking lot to find our car). Return was equally quick and easy!
