I have been very happy with United. The staff I have interacted with has been very helpful, courteous and professional. The car we have is a little bit older than other rental cars that I have rented before as it has 66,000 miles on it. Because of that, I would be less likely to recommend the rental car agency to friends and family who are used to renting newer cars. With that being said, I would rent from United again. You were very convenient and economical.

they couldn’t pick all of us up at the airport the van wasn’t ready i picked the wrong time by an hour but they knew 9 months in advance i needed it then the key broke and they didn’t have a spare so i had to wait 20 more minutes for a different van so my family of nine sat outside the airport terminal
