Great experience!! So much better than the experience my friend shad with Turo or new car rental. Would absolutely recommend! Will use again!!
Friendly and very courteous
Very professional. Maybe have a list of what is needed to pick up the car. We did not know our insurance policy number would be required so not prepared with that and took a bit to find it.

They are reasonably priced and have great customer service. Even with a slight issue, we were quick to take care of it. They are located very close to the Honolulu airport as well, so Lyfts from and to the airport are quick and fast.

My only ding is they do not accept credit card insurance and that wasn't clear during the process. Maybe it's in the "legalese" and I didn't understand, but this was a surprise that I learned during pickup. Their insurance rate wasn't too bad so it wasn't a big deal in the end.
