Very frustrating experience with timeless car rental. I was over charged. They made buy insurance then charged me for under front bumper scratch. Very unexperienced staff. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. No stars for timeless car rental👎👎👎👎👎

The workers were very professional and helpful. We got a car and didn’t like it and they were able to change it for something that we approved. We appreciate that. Only negative the windshield whippers were very bad and I could not see when it was raining which was dangerous

The rate was more than double what I was quoted. I had to waste a lot of my time proving myself. The car was decrepit and it was better that the first piece of junk they tried to give me. The girl that originally did the walk around did a very poor job and thank God I took a video of the car before leaving or I would been accused of losing a hubcap!!
