We were very happy with the rental. They saw the group and upgraded our car. They were very friendly, and great service. I would rent from them again.
I was hesitant to rent from a company I never heard of, but wanted to support a smaller business at the same time. The results surpassed our expectations and then some. Truly exceptional customer service and very accommodating! As a matter of fact we plan on renting again when we visit this particular area in the near future. Thank you again!

Specifically selected unlimited miles only to be told when I got there this was a lot even though it said “free miles:unlimited” riight on the reservation

Everything worked out as expected. When I arrived, the door was locked during opening hours. It would help to have a sign on the door explaining that they will be back in 5 minutes.
Fantastic small business. Unlike big corporations, they make you feel welcome and valued. They are not trying to upsell you on insurance, just exactly what you need. Provide the car for your purpose. Whole process is quick and friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family on a heart beat. Not only you support small family business, but get treated as a family member. Nice!
