We received great customer service from this place. They very graciously accommodated last minute upgrade that we requested.
I was picked up immediately after I called upon arrival. The check-in process was extremely fast and efficient. The return was exactly the same. Very quick, took me straight to where I needed to go and helped me with my bags. Very pleased.
The experience was better than expected and yes I would definitely rent from this company again.

Overall great experience: pick up/ dropped off at the airport, assigned a large car for the same price, & quick check out / in. The check tire for inflation turned on two days in a row ( front passenger side) tire has a slow leak & required me to stop by a gas station for refill.
Stop and Go were a pleasure to rent from. Easy pick up, quick rental process and friendly, smiling staff. They even installed my car seat for me. Stop and Go made travel easy.

With all car rental prices being up, this was a great car at a great price. The only thing that could have been better is nice sunny skies for our Mustang Convertible, but what do you expect during Christmas break.
