I was very pleased with State Van Rental. They went above and beyond to make sure our rental went smoothly. They called as soon as my plane landed and had the van waiting for us at the remote pickup. The van was a brand new model that came with backup cameras and a large screen for navigation that easily hooked up to my Apple Play. At the end of the rental, they took our party directly to the airport. I would highly recommend this company, the entire staff was great to work with.

Reserved 15 passenger van. They brought 12 passenger van. We did change to correct van. Person picking us up was very prompt. However he wouldn't lift a finger to help load our luggage or golf clubs. He would have received a much larger tip. Oh well his choice.

All of the staff were extremely helpful prior to, during, and after the rental experience. I'm a travel agent, and I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car for several years in the past. I was extremely impressed. The only issue I had at all was the mileage situation was a bit unclear during the booking process. It all worked out, because we came in under the allotted amount anyway, but it was a bit confusing upon arrival at the office. Overall 5 stars!
