I made mistake booked 1day earlier 3/8. 3/9 I arrived. Glad they had a car picked us up.After less then a mile drive i notice the car smells cigarette. i turned off the ac was ok. My son n I have asthma called them to exchange no car. The next day i called no car, called them back no car they said there's nothing they can do even disct. For me they can do to satisfy customers if u want. Rude cs . Returned. Saw many cars park. Go to ENTERP got bmw short notice same price rent til 3/16. Happy

It was the best price we could find. The rental office is outside of the airport but they make it super easy with pick up and drop off. Would definitely rent from SNA again!

The service was very fast and the staff were great! I appreciated how they even loaded our luggage into the car. Our flight actually got cancelled and we had to book with a different airport. This car rental allowed us to return the car at a later time at no extra charge and were very accommodating. Overall I am very pleased with this place and will use them again when I come back!! This was the most easiest car rental I've ever dealt with.

This is a great money saving agency if you're looking to not spend too much for a car rental. If you're looking for a car rental that is more up to date, I'd recommend paying more for a car that isn't the lowest price. The rental was fine and it worked but I should have chosen a more robust vehicle when driving to Las Vegas. That was my mistake and not the rental company. Good experience overall! The individual that took our information was was great! Even if he has a mask, he's got a smile!
