I can only say that I will never rent from anyone else, the service was superb, I was given a free upgrade without any hassle, the manager was awesome and the car I drove was beyond my imagination, the return was super quick less than 5 minutes, the rent was supper quick really less than 5 minutes, I have nothing but praises. Kudos to SNA Auto Rental you made a customer for life.

My experience with SNA auto rental was perfect. My pick up was quick and and the driver extremely courteous. The car I rented was clean, well maintained and extremely fuel efficient. The office is very near to the airport.

I was a little confused about the after hour pick-up charge since they weren't open at the time that I booked. But they did call me to notify of the actual hours, and took off the extra charges from the rent. Otherwise, the experience was good and prices great when compared to other companies.

The air freshner smell in the car was horrible! I stored the air freshner in the glove compartment to stop more of the horrible smell from permeating into the car and to deal w/ the smell already in the car I had to drive w/ the windows down and the air circulation on max to avoid the smell. Driving w/ the windows down in Decemember wasn't too pleasant. Get rid of the air freshners and the horrible "fresh" smell and this wouldn't been a great experience.
