This is a feedback about CRX portal, its not only Rental car company, even CRX customer service is worst on responses, no response at all. You can try calling them by phone and you will agree what I'm saying.My reservation was scheduled for after 10:00 p.m. at MIA. They booked my reservation with a car rental company that closes before that time. The reservation confirmation document did not mention anything about the rental company’s closing hours. Is this a real car rental company? I’m surprised to receive a rating request when you never respond to clients. Because of your company, I ended up paying more at the airport car rental. I will never rent outside the airport again because of this experience. I will post the same comment on Google Reviews to help warn others.

The worthless Miami trash that runs this company charged me for the vehicle and even charged me extra for wanting to pick it up outside of normal business hours. When I arrived there was no one there. I called them several times and left messages. I went on their website and sent them messages but no one has ever responded. I stayed at their storefront until 7:30am, 30 minutes past when they were supposed to be open and no one showed. I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction for a refund
