Savings Car Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

The rental went through past 11 pm online, mixed hours online which say they close at 10 pm. Get there at 11:50 pm due to a delayed flight and they were already closed. Called the next day, several times, with no answer and no call back after leaving a message. Either a complete scam or incompetent employees/owner to keep a business running. Price was fine, just unable to actually get the car itself and had to rent somewhere else.

Sadly, we had a terrible experience with Savings Car Rating at the Miami International Airport. First, we had difficulty finding the car rental location. We called their number several times but were always passed to Email. We took a taxi to the address we were given and after various turns found our destination. The location was quite small; I counted 5 cars in the parking lot. We attempted to enter the building but the door was locked with no one inside. Great website but nothing more.

Savings car rental is a scam. Police FBI, justice whatsoever should indict and close that "business" that brought hassles and is harming and making vacation of thousands of tourists no fun at all. They simply don't answer phone calls, they're always closed and there's no staff in the store to help you. Not even in your worst dreams, choose Savings Car Rental Miami to rent a car in Miami if you ever want to have a hassle-free vacation.

I arrived pick up my car , was this car rental store closed, and couldn’t reach by phone any one . So I was waiting , and I left . No one is answering , they took my money , and never been receive back money for car I pay in advance. Well , and after 1 week , they rich me to rate them store , it’s scam! Never , never pay money to this company! They need to be sued for what they doing !

Pain for the car in advance, rental agency was closed and locked when we arrived. No one answered the phone and voicemail was full. Had to scramble and find a different car rental agency. Very disappointed.
