Savings car rental is a scam. Police FBI, justice whatsoever should indict and close that "business" that brought hassles and is harming and making vacation of thousands of tourists no fun at all. They simply don't answer phone calls, they're always closed and there's no staff in the store to help you. Not even in your worst dreams, choose Savings Car Rental Miami to rent a car in Miami if you ever want to have a hassle-free vacation.

I arrived pick up my car , was this car rental store closed, and couldn’t reach by phone any one . So I was waiting , and I left . No one is answering , they took my money , and never been receive back money for car I pay in advance. Well , and after 1 week , they rich me to rate them store , it’s scam! Never , never pay money to this company! They need to be sued for what they doing !

Pain for the car in advance, rental agency was closed and locked when we arrived. No one answered the phone and voicemail was full. Had to scramble and find a different car rental agency. Very disappointed.

This is a feedback about CRX portal, its not only Rental car company, even CRX customer service is worst on responses, no response at all. You can try calling them by phone and you will agree what I'm saying.My reservation was scheduled for after 10:00 p.m. at MIA. They booked my reservation with a car rental company that closes before that time. The reservation confirmation document did not mention anything about the rental company’s closing hours. Is this a real car rental company? I’m surprised to receive a rating request when you never respond to clients. Because of your company, I ended up paying more at the airport car rental. I will never rent outside the airport again because of this experience. I will post the same comment on Google Reviews to help warn others.
