Dishonest agency. refuses to be present when the vehicle is returned despite two calls. Take a photo of a scratch that was already noted in the departure inventory (proof provided). Make an additional debit of 150 Euros, on a bank card, without warning, without an invoice, without my signature. Do not reply to the email. This can be likened to a scam.
New cars advertised and priced accordingly medium condition 6 year old vehicle available
The price differed from the one quoted by rental site because i was charged and extra 7E per day insurance, it was given the impression this was mandatory as i was not asked if i wanted it or not (by the guy at the pickup place). Beside this i have no complains as i rented the car on the website at 9 and arrived to pick up in port at 15.

Good car and good service
I reserved a 500 Cabrio 1 month in advance. the day of my arrival I've been informed it was not available (only 4 hours before my arrival, when I was on the ferry without internet connection to find alternatives).They have proposed a completely different car which was old and awful (a minivan) that I would never have rented if I only had choice). Very disappointed
