All the experience was very good.
Great car, super fun and cute. Staff was quick and available.
We picked up a car without air conditioning and in our request to replace the car with a new one, we received a negative response due to lack of vehicles. The contact person asked us to take the car to the car maintenance services in order to have the air conditioner repaired but after waiting for 2 hours this was not possible because the compressor was broken. So we drove 3 days in the middle of summer with a car without air conditioning.
Very good and reliable service. They deliver the car directly to your hotel, the procedure for renting is quick and transparent, with no hidden costs. I fully recommend.

Old car, technically defective, hope nobody gets in a car accident!
Everything was beyond satisfactory. The car was in great condition. The staff were really polite as well and helped us out whenever we needed it.
When I arrived at the airport I realized I was wrong at the time of booking, however the company dealt with the malfunction in an excellent way and within 20 minutes I received the vehicle I booked that met my expectation
