All was quick and easy, the car was in good condition and there was no time wasting.
The only flaw, the price has remained the same despite we have brought forward the delivery by 7 hours (due to a cancellation of the flight and a consequent change).
But despite this, I would rent a car here again next time.
Good run around car, nothing fancy, plane simple rental experience. No issues with the company at all.

A very easy experience from start to finish and very friendly staff
Overall I have mixed feelings: delivery and pick-up were smoothless, booking process is easy, email comms with the agency is OK, but a bit difficult. The biggest issue is the car itself: I booked a WV Up (and similar), but got a different one. I would even accept this change, as from the outside it was more or less fine. But from mechanical point of view, it was a scrap: 100.000km+, broken plastic parts, not-existing suspension...etc. This car should not be offered to anyone.
