the agent waited for us at the port but did not accompany us to the car, telling us that it was in a nearby parking lot, we hesitated but we went. The car was already beaten up and we were afraid he would eventually blame us. We took the photos beforehand. We had requested a Fiat Panda and a very old Nissan Micra was delivered to us.

We decided to rent on short notice and this company allowed us to rent online, with fast answering via email. I would suggest that we have the option to pay in advance, as it is said on the website but then is not findable. The staff was great and even allowed us to change at no charge the location to leave the car at the end of our stay.
