We experienced 2 different rental car companies on this trip. Santorini Holiday Cars was awesome! A representative was there when our ferry arrived. He went over every detail with us before leaving. It was a very positive experience! The rental company in Mykonos was awful! But these guys were amazing!
It is the second time I have used santorini cars and on both occasions their service has been great and would use again. A no nonsense car hire company perfect for the island.
1. the pick up staff is very unfriendly
2. ordered "Nissan Note or similiar" for 5 adults (written in my Quote), but got a "Nissan Micra", which was too narrow and too small for 5 adults even without luggage. The staff just repeated 100 times that the "MICRA" is the same class of "NOTE"!
No any offer that we can change the car later...of course, without compensation either!

The staff and service was really ok, but the car very old and not well maintained.
The car turned out to be old and worn out. Too old and too worn for us to be comfortable with it. The policy of providing a car with an empty tank also needs to be re-examined.
