Nobody at the meeting point, and after calling them (2 times) they finally told me that no more cars are available !

We rented Fiat Panda on net, but got Nissan Micra. It was in quite bad conditions - brakes were not the best anymore, handbrake braked on very last catch, there was air in 'car arms' - when turning the steering wheel left and right it was delay in reaction time. But anyway he car drove us everywhere we were meant to go, so we are satisfied :)

I have been travelling to Santorini for over 10 years now and the service I received was excellent despite the Island being exceptionally busy in August. I have used other hire car companies on the Island and found there service both courteous and professional and all my emails and queries were answered immeadiately.

The vehicle was different from what i had booked, it has automatic trasmission (i had booked manual trasmission) and it has both broken headlights.

The car was different from the model we choose, and we were informed that the insurance didn't cover damages to the vehicle only at the moment of the delivery of the car, so we paid a little more than we expected because we didn't realize this point of the insurance at the time of the confirmation. However the overall renting experience is fine.

Good little car; and best to have a small car on some of the roads in Santorini. Met and picked up the car at the airport, and car was collected from our hotel without any problems. No problems and I would recommend this company.
