Unprofessional handling of car delivery. They ask you to park it on a random space in the airport, if you find any... then they complain for potential parking tickets....

The photo of the website showed a brand new version of the specific model (2018 version) - we received the model of 10 years ago. No reference that the car could be something equivalent as in other models.
THE CAR HAD PROBLEM.CAR HAD SMALL CRASH ALLOVER.EVERY 30 CM HAD A SMALL OR A BIGGER CRASH.AND WHEN I LEFT THE CAR I FORGOT IN THE CAR MY SUNGLASSES.I SPEAK TO THE AGENCY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT FOUND MY SUNGLASSES!!!!!

Pick up was fast and easy. Only area for improvement would be I paid a few dollars extra to not have an automatic Nissan Micra but that is what I got. No big deal for one day and it was only 3 or 4 euro difference.
