The agent and his aproach was terrible, even offensive. Booked a car for 4 days and after coming 30 min late the agent wanted to force me to pay some taxes that are shown on your website as " optional ". Speaking about the drop off, your agent told me that he does not want to pick up the car at the hour i wanted since the office is closed untill 0800 ( my flight was 0800 ) eventrough on your website is written " drop off 24/7 ".
Ο ιδιοκτήτης του γραφείου ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων, ήταν ιδιαίτερα αγενής, εριστικός και δεν γνώριζε τη νομοθεσία σχετική με την ισχύουσα διάρκεια των αδειών οδήγησης αυτοκινήτων, που ισχύει στην Ελλάδα. Αγνοούσε ότι σύμφωνα με τα: Π.Δ.255/6-7-1984 ΦΕΚ 100, τ.Α, άρθρο 6 και Π.Δ. 58/1-2-1989

We thought we would have a bigger car for all our luggage but the boot ended up being just the right size to squeeze it all in. They were very accommodating being that we ended up needing the car longer due to whether not allowing us to leave the island.

The rent Was fast, the person to rent very friendly, and the staff came to the hotel to leave the car and grave the option to choose where the car could leave it.
