On arrival at the port, no car or representatives were there to greet us. After calling on the phone, the attendant advised that booking was made after a certain time so had not been picked allocated & attended to. He offered a vehicle to be sent however cost was some €5 above initial quote & also €14 additional for insurance. I was advised to leave the car at a certain location at drop off however when time came, there were no such parking spots & port staff threatened to fine. Too stressfu

Brake pads needed changing. Driving was really dangerous as breaking promptly wasn’t possible. Speed indicator worked only at times: sometimes it would, sometimes it wouldn’t, completely randomly. Seen the conditions of the car, the rental rate was excessively high and didn’t meet expectations.

Our reservation indicated that we would be returning to the port in Santorini. The woman from the agency called and immediately began yelling because she was waiting at the airport. She called several times yelling. She was terrible. Also when we checked in, they did not give me my receipt. I realized this and emailed them, asking them to send it, which took them three days to do. My friend also did not get their contract or receipt! This was the worst customer service experience ever.
