I have reserved fiat tipo online, but the agency provides me nissan micra, I told the agency the car is different price, but the agency lie to me is the same, the price difference is around €40. Also the car condition is really poor. I wont rent car from this agency again.
All in all it was good.
We received a rental confirmation via email with the reservation number, however we realised that no one is waiting out there for us. I think the comoany needs better communication about car pickup. We called them instantly, our reservation number was approved via phone, however they somehow no longer had a single car available.. not sure if it is possible to trust such company
Amigos fujam desta empresa, não dá para confiar, primeiro reservei carro médio automático e me entregaram um lixo mecânico bem menor que o reservado e pelo mesmo preço. No dia da devolução por causa de 1 hora de atraso começaram a nos ameaçar, uma mulher muito mal educada ao telefone. Detalhe foi combinado a devolução as 14.00 e a pessoa que indicou que seria ao 12.00. Um absurdo.
A little hiccup. Car we booked was dented by the earlier rentee. So was given another car ( manual) at the booking time. The staff was apologetic.

The rental experience at the airport was fine, but I still don't understand why I had to go to Kamari the next day to sign my credit card receipt. Why couldn't the person who met me at the airport have the necessary equipment to have a receipt for me to sign there. It took two hours out of my day to drive to Kamari, spend 30 seconds signing a receipt, and then drive back.
Last year was great. Same period, same place, pretty close rate just a bit higher this year. Last year brand new car less than 10.000km .. this year a very used car around 92.000 km but the main problem with this was that the air condition was working poorly which was terrible experience in such a warm place. Think A/C needed maintainance or filter cleaning. Now I am relactant to suggest this rental company to other friends who will visit the same place soon. Good rates, easy pick up+drop off!

Overall my rental was good, but the car could be newer. The car it was delivered to was with over 113,000 kms.
