The car we had requested had been in an accident earlier in the day so was unavailable. The replacement was too small with all our luggage plus a baby in a car seat and a pram. This was why we had requested the bigger car. Although we got a reduced rate due to the smaller car it wasn’t very practical. We had a flat tyre which the company fixed for us no problem.

The vehicle given to us was a "supposed" upgrade. It was in fact, a little larger... but the vehicle was in very poor condition. Brakes were weak, transmission slipped, left side view mirror was taped on in one position (non moveable). Knobs inside the vehicle were broken off, and not replaced. Indicator lights for vehicle needing maintenance or repair, were on for the entire rental period, and would change from one item to the next. the terrain of this island needs a solid vehicle.

Was good. Although The car didn’t have air conditioner and it wasn’t the car that we had booked.
