The vehicle given to us was a "supposed" upgrade. It was in fact, a little larger... but the vehicle was in very poor condition. Brakes were weak, transmission slipped, left side view mirror was taped on in one position (non moveable). Knobs inside the vehicle were broken off, and not replaced. Indicator lights for vehicle needing maintenance or repair, were on for the entire rental period, and would change from one item to the next. the terrain of this island needs a solid vehicle.
Was good. Although The car didn’t have air conditioner and it wasn’t the car that we had booked.

No possibility to pay by card.
Rented care and confirmed with deposit and by email. Told them our cruise company. They did not have the car I reserved when I arrived and stated the reason was that they were not able to contact me on my cell when I was on the ship to confirm. In my opinion, if they needed to contact me, they should have contacted RC since I gave them all the info. There are actually many rental car companies in Santorini. I would not recommend this one.
