We were given the wrong car on the first day. They replaced it for us on the second day which was fine. However on drop off day. The company weren't even open at the time they said we could give back the car. There was no communication. I won't use this company again.

Aggressive attitude from the delivery man in the airport
The complete rental was easy.
The service was good and the agency maintained the same rate that was offered. However I had asked for GPS which was not provided by the agency but the amount was reduced. There was slight delay for delivery and I tried couple of times calling the contact number provided in the email at the time of reservation and there was no response.

Good service when we picked up the car.
- Half an hour late at the agreed meeting time.
- Car reserved Smart Cabrio with Extra Insurance SCDW 1. Vehicle received Nissan Micra dirty and hit.
- As rental agreement 3376 tobe paid 70€, because the total amount is €90 minus the deposit made by PAypal at 20 July ID transation SK94S83849SK959584T. Finally I have charged in my account the amount of 90 €, not 70€. Unforgivable, this is not serious.
