The car was pretty good although it lacked some power on the slopes of the island.

the top had been misued by a previous customer, so the trunk did not open at all -- this was inconvenient, but also the top did not close properly. This was sort of "tough luck" they did not offer any compensation. Nor did they explain that we would not need much petrol, so I ended up giving them about €30 worth of free petrol. That was not nice either.

This is my second time booking with them, the first time was great but this time when I arrived, the car was not there. A guy was waiting to tell me that the car will be ready in 10 mins.
After 2 hours of waiting, he brought 2 cars, one that I booked and another smaller car, but the problem with the car that I booked was a locked trunk that cannot be opened. So I had to take the second car with no other options left.
We were greeted in time, handover of the car was easy and quick. They did not have the exact car we booked online, but provided a similar vehicle. Drop off was easy and painless. Overall we had a good experience with them and i would recommend them.
