Very prompt reply and contact from the company on reservations. Could do better by briefing on the vehicle features and operation at pick up. Car was also quite dirty upon pick up.

The car was very late arriving which set us back and when it came it was a different car that was very old and in bad shape. The engine light was on and the car had trouble getting up hills. We weren’t confident that it wouldn’t break down on us.
Santorini Holiday Cars are shonky operators. They charged me for damages and have never provided any supporting documentation. When I picked up the car, there were scratches on the side panel and I was reassured that was fine. When I dropped off the car, they said everything was OK. When I returned home, I find they have processed a charge for repairs. They never sent me the invoice and still waiting after 1.5 months. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. UNRELIABLE and DISHONEST
The worst car i hace ever rent. Old, fuel empty, no personal to drop at the Airport. Si cheap, the only good value.
