During vehicle hand over, we were told to leave the vehicle in a parking slot. No staff was present to receive it, leaving it vulnerable to theft or damage which could be blamed on us.

We picked up a car without air conditioning and in our request to replace the car with a new one, we received a negative response due to lack of vehicles. The contact person asked us to take the car to the car maintenance services in order to have the air conditioner repaired but after waiting for 2 hours this was not possible because the compressor was broken. So we drove 3 days in the middle of summer with a car without air conditioning.
