Very good experience with tis rental.

The vehicle did not comply with what is offered. He had no air conditioning and did not fit the bags offered according to the characteristics Rent contract. Besides the windowpanes of the rear doors they were not closed.
Not exactly the car advertised on the website, nor in the end delivered by your company.

Car ashtray had not been cleaned from previous user.
They tried to cheat us for the part of the car that had had scratches before (since we had a small crash on the same part), but we did not allow them. We had all pictures that how we received the car, and we asked them whether they had the photos about it, because our accident did not add new scratches, even if it added one or max. two, we'd have collusion insurance up to 800 euro which is enough to make the whole car painted. They asked to pay additional 150 euros for the damage, we didn't pay!

We were not warned that the car would not be near the cable car stop. My wife was on a wheelchair and it was quite stressful on those streets / steps. The guy who took us to the car did not offer to help me with the wheelchair, I had to ask him to do so. We were not given a detailed map showing how to get back to the parking to drop-off the car.
