Car was clean and tidy but appeared poorly serviced with a large flat spot under acceleration. This was very dangerous particularly on Santorinis hilly risks and when pulling out from intersections.

Very rude welcome from the staff at the port. Because the ferry was late and I didn't see the guy who was holding a bild with my name on, he was upset with me and not really courteous. Was also a bit surprised that we didn't check the car together.

The car was like I expected. I do not faced with any problem about car and also rental company. In despite of the responsible who delivered the car was verty helpful, another responsible who take back the car was not kind enoughly.

I have no previous experience with a Skoda Citigo, but being an automatic with less than 5000km on it, it drove with all of the poor qualities of a manual transmission. It shifted hard, especially from 1-2 and 2-3, and it had trouble deciding which gear to be in on inclines. When I moved it to manual shift, it would override my shifts and convert back to automatic, many times causing the car to bog down when trying to accelerate or go up an incline. I did not contact, due to no phone service
