The car does not drive very smoothly on hills. I also felt uncomfortable with the return process where I was asked to simply leave the car key inside the car at an unattended parking lot.

The agent was less than helpful. The car had stains on every seat and scratches and dents all over. They say they take credit but show up with no machine and say credit machines are "too expensive" for them, though most businesses have them.

The experience was Great and real Value For Money! The only thing I did not like was the "off line" visa system for guarantee. I would feel safe with a pos. I have seen it in other places around the world. keep up the good work
