The car was very old. Several times the power steering was turned off, the gearbox worked very poorly. I had to go to change the car to another city. The new car was with very little power, maybe it was because of gasoline. I could not even go to one mountain at the first speed. One wiper was old and I had problems during the rain.
The car wasn't in good conditions. The air conditioner didn't work properly, but most important, the brakes were not efficient. Besides this, the car didn't started at the first time, you always had to try several times, so you were afraid to be abandoned anywhere you stop the car.
The vehicle was in perfect conditions, very quick pickup and no problems with dropoff at different location.
My Experience with this car rental was fine. I reccomand it .

All was good except the car was not clean. There was a big wad of snot on the door, which I touched thinking it was dirt. It was disgusting. Car should have been wiped out and it would have been good to have an inspection sheet. Both mirrors were scraped when I received the car but this was not noted by the employee. I took photos before and after. Other than those issues, it was a good rental experience.

The car does not drive very smoothly on hills. I also felt uncomfortable with the return process where I was asked to simply leave the car key inside the car at an unattended parking lot.
The agent was less than helpful. The car had stains on every seat and scratches and dents all over. They say they take credit but show up with no machine and say credit machines are "too expensive" for them, though most businesses have them.

The only thing I did not like was the "off line" visa system for guarantee. I would feel safe with a pos. I have seen it in other places around the world.
