The car was dirty, without remote controller. The check in was on the street, in uncomfortable way. The staff didn’t know the clauses of my contract and had to phone his manager to check what i said. Not very professional. However the rate was good and i would like to book again with them.

Rep tried to have us pay cash and then would “put it on our credit cards if anything happened” so we could use the insurance. The car was falling apart: no glove box, radio didn’t work, poor brakes, poor tires, smelled of burning oil and antifreeze. The key fob stopped working which was the only way to open the trunk; we had to partially open the roof to get into the trunk (hard top convertible). Overall, really poor rental experience!
