A good experience. All was ok.
Rep tried to have us pay cash and then would “put it on our credit cards if anything happened” so we could use the insurance. The car was falling apart: no glove box, radio didn’t work, poor brakes, poor tires, smelled of burning oil and antifreeze. The key fob stopped working which was the only way to open the trunk; we had to partially open the roof to get into the trunk (hard top convertible). Overall, really poor rental experience!

The car was way older than we expected it to be and therefore I would not recommend it to friends and family. However, the price was very low compared to the competition, so maybe I could have know it in advance. All in all, the service was good and we had no problems with the car. We actually had a lot of fun driving around in the Suzuki Jimny (Cabrio).
