collection and drop off at the airport went very smoothly. However the car was awful. We had to take it back after the first day as it wouldn't lock. They were unable to fix it so we had a car for 2 weeks that we couldn't leave anything at all in, not ideal especially travelling with 2 young children and a 3 month old! The fuse box door kept falling down onto drivers knee so they just pulled it off exposing the fuses. Terrible car but staff were friendly. Would have expected a partial refund!

I received excellent customer service from Santorini Car Hire. We were received at the airport by a member of staff who was very pleasant and helpful. I made a request for baby car seat just one day before and they even arranged for it so that was very nice of them. The car condition wasnt great but the guy was honest about it and marked every damage on the car. Overall very happy with the service
